We have allocated a limited number of meeting rooms at the George R. Brown Convention Center for meetings, offices, storage, hospitality or entertainment. If you intend to use the space for training or education, the content of your program must be reviewed and approved by Show Management. All rules and regulations for the utilization of meeting space shall be determined by Show Management.

In-Booth Events

If you are hosting an in-booth event at the show you must get show management approval by February 26, 2018. Please visit the In-booth Events Page to see all rules related to in-booth events and submit your request to show management.
