Meeting / Function Space Request

Need a meeting room?

World of Asphalt and AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo has a limited number of meeting rooms at the Music City Center for meetings, offices, storage, hospitality, or entertainment for exhibitors. Rooms cannot be sublet. Submit requests for reserving a meeting room online.

Meeting/Function Space Fees  
Requests received through January 28, 2022:
  • $300 half day (4 hours or less)
  • $500 full day (over 4 hours)
  • + any applicable room reset fees
Requests received after January 28, 2022:
  • $450 half day (4 hours or less)
  • $650 full day (over 4 hours)
  • + any applicable room reset fees

REFUND POLICY

  • All requests before January 28, 2022 will incur a $50 processing fee.
  • All requests between January 29, 2022 and March 29, 2022 will incur a $100 processing fee.
  • World of Asphalt and AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo does not issue refunds for no-shows or functions cancelled after March 29, 2022.

FURNITURE

Standard tables and chairs are included. Special furniture (example: couch, coffee table, etc.) can be ordered through the official show provider, GES. See exhibitor service manual for options and pricing

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

Music City Center Catering has exclusive rights to all food and beverage at the Music City Center. All food and beverages consumed, prepared, or distributed, including food and beverage items used for promotional purposes, must be purchased through Music City Center Catering and are subject to regulations and permit requirements. AUDIO-VISUAL

Audio-visual equipment is not provided in meeting rooms. Audio-visual equipment can be ordered through the official show provider, LMG. See exhibitor service manual for options and pricing.
