For international visitors needing visas to enter the United States, Show Management is here to help!
An official invitation letter in support of your US Visa can be requested during the online registration process. IMPORTANT: You must be prepared to pay the registration fee (USD $30 online) and have the following information ready during the registration process*:
- Full name in English as it appears in the visitor's passport
- Passport number & issuing country
- Date of birth
- Full company address
*Invitation letters will not be issued to visitors with any missing information!
Advice Regarding Your Visa Application
Please start your US Visa application as soon as possible due to increased wait times at many US Embassies. You will be asked to provide documentation regarding your financial status and ties to your home country.
Remember, you will need to prove to the Embassy in your country that you:
- Have the resources to attend the World of Asphalt
- Your time at the exhibition will benefit your business
- You intend to return to your home country after the exhibition
