Space Assignment Process

The next World of Asphalt and AGG1 will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center, March 13-15, 2012. While that seems far in the future, Show Management will open sales and hold a space draw at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 on Friday, March 25 and Saturday, March 26.

If you were a 2010 exhibitor, your company receives priority in your space selection for the 2012 show. If you did not exhibit in 2010 you may still be part of the priority assignment process by simply returning your space application to Show Management by February 25, 2011.

Your Company's Priority Number

(Continuous Years of Membership in AEM, NAPA or NSSGA x 2) + (Total Square Feet in World of Asphalt/AGG1 2010 / 100)

Participate in the Space Draw at CONEXPO-CON/AGG

Please do the following:

  1. Complete the 2012 space application with your preferred dimensions. (Invoices will be sent at a later date and your first payment will be due on June 15, 2011.)
  2. Email or fax your application to AEM Show Management by February 25, 2011 along with the name and cell phone number of the CONEXPO-CON/AGG onsite contact who will select your booth.

  3. You will receive an appointment based on your priority number. The space draw will be held in the AEM booth, located in the Grand Lobby, GL-3221.

After the priority deadline and space draw at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011, all space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
