The Spanish for Asphalt Contractors workshop is designed to increase the effectiveness of non-Spanish speaking contractors in your communication with Latino employees. We’ll talk about the implications of these demographic changes and teach crucial Spanish expressions for giving effective guidance. Participants will leave with the tools to recognize and effectively address the cultural differences that exist in their work environment.
